Agadhitva was created as a showhouse with a spacious 4 BHK layout in Surat by Studio 17. Today, showhouses serve as a place for potential buyers to explore different options before making a final decision on their new home. They provide a dummy home that inspires audiences and fulfils their imaginations, but this presented a handful of challenges for the Agadhitva project team to ensure they met everyone’s expectations. Akshanksh holds details, design as per the user and proportion as per the space.” – Ankit Sojitra. The design of this beautiful bungalow on a modest plot defies its humble footprint. Christened Akshanksh, it literally means that the sun looks alike while rising and setting; similarly great men too remain alike in both good times and bad times. The meaning is to signify that the elevation has a never ending charm, a boldness of cherry red lights the whole elevation, just like sun which lights up the whole sky. This 3 BHK apartment in Ahmedabad designed by UA LAB goes by the name “Aqua Rapport”. Rightfully so. A classic wooden and brass laser cut front door lends a luxurious look to the space. An old house on a plot size of 2,700 sq.ft. with a common compound wall was demolished. Ar. Pranav Patel has conceptualized and designed this newly constructed house for a family of four in Vadodara. The elevation of the house gets this warm and open look, thanks to the wood + brass door and the ceiling. In its new avatar, the house comprises four bedrooms over three levels with 5 bathrooms, an extended otta with a water body, dining, open plan kitchen and a home theater. Big things come in small packages. And in this case, extra small. Studio TAB architects were commissioned to redefine the spatial quality of a 600 sq.ft. home located in the heart of Mumbai. A home that has been standing for over two decades. A home that needed to keep up with the changing requirements of the family. With meticulous planning, they made room for a 2 BHK by redesigning this apartment that is beautiful and maximizes every sq. foot of the space. Architect Antara says, We stripped down the house to its shell and then began layering it with compact zoning. Shredding the concept of dedicated space for each function, we instead adopted a multi-functional approach that helps adapt each space to various functions over…

Modern. Private. Traditional Indian courtyard. Sunlit. Heart of the city. Landscaped gardens enveloping the house. I could use some more adjectives to do justice to this beautiful vaastu compliant 5-bedroom home in Bangalore with an introverted architecture built by Crest Architects for a family of five. To build a such spacious house kissed by natural light all through the day wrapped in greenery in the heart of the city makes one stop and take notice. The architecture cleverly looks inside revealing very little from the street that keeps the noise and curious onlookers at bay. About the project: Who lives here: Chandrashekhar Reddy and his family Location: Bengaluru, India Year built: 2019 Size: 4226 sq.ft Type: Independent house with 5 bedroom and 6 bathrooms Designed…
