Good morning! Hope you are having a happy day today. It’s Friday and time for to put together some picks. I’ve chosen some utilitarian stuff today and nothing quite fancy. Also introducing a new brand called “Full Circle” which I loved for its photoshoot.
1. I love Bangalore cushion from Eco Corner
2. Gomphrena Globos seeds for Rs. 50 /packet from Grow Green
3. iPad Sleeve/cover by Full Circle
4. Multicolour Suzani bowls from Zansaar for Rs.250
5. Camera Sling Bag by Full Circle
More on Full Circle:
Full Circle, a clothing and accessories brand, is all about wearing colors and breaking trends. Nidhie Desai, an artist who studied design at L. S. Raheja and fashion at NIFT, founded Full Circle in 2012 out of her passion for fashion and design. Nidhie is also an applied artist and runs a graphic design firm, FireAnts. While she handles the designing bit, her mum Chetna Desai manages finances, production and helps the brand work smoothly.
She currently retails from multibrand stores like Attic & Bliss.
Nidhie on how she thinks Full Circle stands out in the already over crowded place:
If you like what you see, it sells. It’s all about love for creativity. I might be offering the same stuff that’s already in the market but my concepts, designs & use of different mediums is what makes it stand out. There will be a lot of unusual interplay of textures, fabrics & surface ornamentation in my upcoming designs. My collection is vibrant, youthful & has been inspired by local people & colors that reflect through different states of India.
